Shipping Practices:

• We do our utmost best to process your order as quickly as possible through the print shops we work with. Normal processing time is between 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Once processed your order will be handed over to a shipping carrier. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They may vary by location and shipping speed.
• You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, holiday peak seasons, or carrier operational changes. If your package is delayed, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for updates. You can track your package through the parcel apps website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors first. If you are unable to locate it, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the USA.
