At My Cat Made Me Buy This, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, here’s how we can assist you:

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered from My Cat Made Me Buy This — and we stand behind every product with our 365-Day Purr-fect Fit Guarantee.

If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 365 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it meets the conditions below.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (trying it on for fit is totally fine — we get it!)
  • Returns made within 365 days of receiving your order
  • All original packaging and tags included (if applicable)

🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
  • Customized items and items sold with limited-time promotion. We also cannot accept returns of undergarments.
  • Returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  • Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (these are marked clearly as non-returnable)
  • The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

🔄 How It Works

  1. Please use the contact form on our site or email hello@mycatmademebuythis.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Please include the order number.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Bring your package to the local post office and purchase a shipping label.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or store credit — usually within 5–7 business days.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately upon receiving the returned item, but it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mycatmademebuythis.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@mycatmademebuythis.com with photos of the item and packaging. Keep all materials for claim purposes.
