Shipping Practices:

Shipping Delays, Carrier Responsibility, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. You can track your package through the parcel apps website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors first. If you are unable to locate it, contact the carrier to file a claim.
